Professor Harada received the Japanese Association for Humanitarian Assistance Studies practice award for the Japan Primary Care Association’s response to the Noto Peninsula earthquake and Oku-Noto floods. The award recognized the project’s work with local health services and its use of the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) to assess the response.
